Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sliding door for closing a wall opening with a door leaf and a supporting the door leaf and held on the wall, rollers and a track and guide rail suspension, the track and guide rail for the rollers has such a running track that the Door leaf is moved parallel to the wall opening and lowered during its movement into the closed position, with energy-storing elements being loaded.
  • Sliding doors for closing wall openings in rooms, in particular cold rooms, are known in many designs. It is often important that the door leaf not only covers the wall opening, but also closes it as tightly as possible. This is particularly important for cold rooms.
  • the running rail attached to the wall consists of an essentially U-shaped one Profile with leg ends pointing downwards and bent 45 ° towards each other. These bent leg ends form two raceways for a large number of rollers, which are mounted in pairs on a roller carrier which is designed as a T-profile and carries the door leaf.
  • the track adjacent to the door opening has dents in the area of the door opening for the roller. If the rollers get into these dents, this results in the aforementioned parallel offset and the lowering of the door leaf.
  • the sliding door when pushed into its closed position, prestresses a horizontally arranged spring accumulator, which prestresses against a stationary stop when the door is closed and releases the stored energy during the opening process.
  • This measure makes it possible for the horizontal opening movement to be supported by the prestressed spring accumulator, and therefore less effort is required for the user to pull open the sliding door.
  • a disadvantage of this known sliding door is the design effort for the suspension consisting of rollers and running and guide rails. Furthermore, the spring accumulator, which is biased with the closing movement, can impair this closing movement, so that the horizontal closing movement of the sliding door can only take place with effort or with momentum.
  • Another, special embodiment of a running and guide rail of a sliding door is known from DE 24 22 227 B1. This running and guide rail has a round cross section and is designed as a hollow or solid profile. The rollers are designed as wedge rollers, adapted to the shape of the roller and guide rail.
  • the round running and guide rail has constrictions in its cross section, which bring about the parallel displacement and lowering of the door leaf, because in the closed position the contact points of the running and guide rail with the wedge roller are deeper due to the narrowing cross section of the running and guide rail lie in the wedge of the wedge roller towards the center of the wedge roller so that the distance of the central axis of the running and guide rail to the central axis of the wedge roller is reduced, so that the door leaf with its suspension is lowered.
  • a disadvantage of the aforementioned sliding doors is that the entire weight of the sliding door in the lowered state must be borne by the running and guide rail, which at this point is already weakened in its cross section by a constriction. This leads to a large load on the running and guide rails, which leads to the fact that such running and guide rails must be constructed accordingly robust.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a sliding door for closing a wall opening that allows opening with relatively little effort with little design effort.
  • the support rail provided according to the invention supports the rollers of the sliding door when these are transferred to the closed position and thereby lowered.
  • the support rail is pressed downwards or in the direction of the parallel offset of the door leaf, as a result of which the energy-storing elements by which the support rail is connected to the wall are charged.
  • the energy accumulators counteract the parallel offset and / or the lowering of the door and therefore support the opening movement of the door from the closed position by discharging in the direction of the back offset and the lifting of the door leaf.
  • the force-storing elements provided according to the invention have the advantage that they are loaded by the weight of the lowering door leaf and do not hinder the horizontal closing movement of the door. It is therefore still easy for the user to pull the sliding door shut.
  • the rollers are wedge rollers and that the running and guide rails have a one-sided constriction in the closed position at the same location as the respective rollers, which causes the door leaf to be offset and lowered in parallel.
  • This design of the rollers and the track and guide rail leads to a particularly good and structurally simple guidance of the sliding door on the track and guide rail, since the wedge roller with its trapezoidal legs is supported on the track and guide rail and a lateral relative movement of the wedge roller to the barrel - and leadership role effectively prevented.
