Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'obtention de souches bactériennes de forme L modifiées, selon lequel: (a) on met en culture une souche bactérienne de forme L adaptée à un milieu de culture complexe, de façon alternée à des températures différentes comprises dans la plage 20-40 °C; et (b) on fait fermenter, avec augmentation de la charge hydromécanique des cellules, des souches bactériennes de forme L modifiées qui peuvent être obtenues selon ledit procédé. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de ces souches bactériennes pour la production de produits géniques.
