Abstract

The invention relates to a method for obtaining modified L-form bacterial strains. According to the inventive method, (a) an L-form bacterial strain that is adapted to a complex culture medium is alternately cultivated at different temperatures ranging from 20 to 40 °C and (b) is fermented when the hydromechanical stress of the cells increases. The invention also relates to modified L-form bacterial strains which can be obtained according to the inventive method and to the use thereof for producing gene products.
