Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zur Unterstützung der Instandhaltung einer Gruppe von technischen Anlagen (A1, A2,... An), insbesondere einer Gruppe von Kraftwerken, sind wenigstens zwei Ersatzteillager (E1, E2,... En) vorhanden. Informationen über vorhandene Lagerbestände in den Ersatzteillagern werden zentral gesammelt und zur Deckung eines aktuellen Bedarfs verwendet. Bei einem anderen Verfahren ist jedes Ersatzteillager (E1, E2,... En) mindestens einer der Anlagen (A1, A2,... An) zugeordnet. Es wird ein digitales Informationsmuster (I), das eine Information über den Lagerbestand (L1, L2,... Ln) eines Ersatzteils (1) oder eines Betriebsstoffs (2) in einem der Ersatzteillager (E1, E2,... En) beinhaltet, nach einer Übertragung zu einer zentralen Erfassungseinrichtung (11) in dieser abgespeichert. In der zentralen Erfassungseinrichtung (11) sind vorzugsweise Einzelbestandskenngrößen (B1, B2,... Bn) gebildet, die den jeweiligen Lagerbestand (L1, L2,... Ln) der Ersatzteillager (E1, E2,... En) angeben. Diese Einzelbestandskenngrößen (B1, B2,... Bn) sowie gegebenenfalls eine bevorzugt gebildete Gesamtbestandskenngröße (G) werden durch das digitale Informationsmuster (I) aktualisiert. Es wird der Vorteil erreicht, daß durch das von der zentralen Erfassungseinrichtung (11) gebildete virtuelle Lagerhaus die Instandhaltungskosten der Anlagen (A1, A2,... An) deutlich reduziert sind.
