Definitions
- the present invention relates to a rapid assembly construction.
- This type of construction is particularly suitable for temporary accommodation. It can be used, in particular, as a bungalow for camping, site accommodation, accommodation for disaster victims or accommodation for events.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a type of construction which meets the requirements of simplicity of assembly and low cost even better.
- the quick-assembly construction according to the invention is characterized in that it comprises:
- These positioning means consist of four end pieces which are fixed to the chassis and take place in openings made at the four corners of the frame;
- the posts are tubular and fit onto the positioning tips by their lower end;
- the upper ends of the posts are fitted with end caps which take place in openings made at the four corners of the upper frame;
- the chassis has feet adjustable in height so as to allow it to be placed horizontally on the ground.
- the construction according to the invention further comprises:
- the four new posts placed outside the walls and connecting between them the intermediate frame and the upper frame by their angles.
- the four new posts are tubular and fit, by their lower ends, onto the end pieces of the four lower posts.
- a slab is arranged inside each of the frames, the uprights of which are advantageously profiles having an exterior horizontal portion on which the walls rest and an interior horizontal portion on which the edges of the slabs rest.
- the construction comprises a roof comprising a bar connecting the upper ends of the two posts from the rear, a bar connecting the ends of the two posts from the front, a third intermediate bar parallel to the first two, raised relative to them and carried by the upper frame, and a tarpaulin deposited on these three bars.
- the chassis extends, at the front, beyond the lower frame and there are two passageway posts fixed at its end.
- the construction then includes a roof comprising a bar connecting the upper ends of the two rear posts, a bar connecting the ends of the two gangway posts, a third intermediate bar parallel to the first two, raised relative to them and carried by the upper frame, and a tarpaulin placed on these three bars.
- the sheet is advantageously fixed to the first two bars by means allowing it to be stretched.
- FIG. 1 is a general cutaway perspective view of a one-story construction with passageway
- - Figure 3 is a partial sectional view showing the profile of the uprights of the frames; and - Figure 4 is a general side view of a two-story construction with passageway.
- the construction according to the invention rests on a rectangular frame 10, made of steel, formed of two longitudinal members 12 and two connecting bars 14. These are fixed using bolts and nuts to lugs 16 disposed under the side members.
- the chassis 10 rests on the ground by steel feet 18 arranged at its four angles and, also, if necessary, along the side members 12. These feet are adjustable in height by screwing, so as to allow the chassis to be positioned well horizontally .
- a rectangular aluminum frame 20 rests, by the edges of its two long sides, on the longitudinal members 12. It is a little shorter than the frame, so as to leave free the front part of the chassis 10, which is intended to form a gangway.
- FIG. 3 shows that the uprights of the frame 20 consist of a profile comprising a central vertical portion 22, an exterior horizontal portion 24 situated substantially in the middle of the vertical portion and an interior horizontal portion 26 offset downward relative to the outer portion 24. Furthermore, the latter comprises, itself, a lower vertical rim 28 and an upper rib 30 disposed substantially halfway between the rim 28 and the portion 22. This is the end of the horizontal portion 24 which is applied against the beam 12.
- a lower slab 32a rests by its periphery on the inner horizontal portion 26 of the uprights of the frame 20.
- This slab is preferably made of several juxtaposed panels having a sandwich structure formed, for example, of two steel sheets between which finds polystyrene insulation.
- the upper sheet is advantageously covered with a conventional interior floor covering.
- the slab 32a continues, at the front of the construction, by a passageway 32b which rests on the two longitudinal members 12.
- This passageway is also made of several juxtaposed panels with sandwich structure, advantageously covered with a floor covering for the outside.
- the walls 34 are composite panels having a sandwich structure formed, for example, on the outside, of a sheet of powder-coated steel and, on the inside, of a chipboard, between which is insulated a polystyrene insulation.
- the upper frame 20 identical to the lower frame 20 which is deposited on the frame 10.
- the upper edge of the wall 34 simply takes place in the space delimited by the lower half of the vertical portion 22 and the flange 28.
- An upper slab 32a identical to the lower slab, rests like it, by its circumference, on the inner horizontal portion 26 of the uprights of the upper frame 20.
- the lower frame 20 is pierced, at each of its four angles, with a circular opening allowing the passage of the part upper end of a circular section end piece 38, the lower part of which is fixed to the inner flank of the side member 12 by means of a bolted plate 40.
- the upper frame 20 has exactly the same openings.
- tubular steel or aluminum posts 42 are provided, with an inside diameter slightly greater than the outside diameter of the end pieces 38, which fit onto them by their lower end.
- the posts 42 have a reduced diameter portion 44, forming an end piece identical to the end pieces 38, which takes place in the circular openings of the upper frame 20.
- the two side members 12 receive, at their front end, a circular section end piece 38 the lower part of which is fixed to the inner side of the side member by means of a bolted plate 40.
- These end pieces receive two additional posts 46, similar to the posts 42, and on the ends of which fit horizontal supports 48 of adjustable length by screwing.
- the ends of the jibs thus formed are connected by a tubular bar 50.
- the posts 46 are connected to the nearest posts 42 by means of bars with T profile 52.
- the two posts 42 also receive horizontal supports 48 with adjustable length which are connected by a second tubular bar 50 identical to the first.
- the large uprights of the upper frame 20 are provided, substantially in the middle of the construction, with vertical tubular bars 54 connected by a tubular bar 56 identical to the other two.
- the bars 50, 54 and 56 are advantageously made of steel.
- the roof thus formed makes it possible to receive a tarpaulin 58 which is fixed to the two tubes 50 and rests on the central bar 56.
- the supports 48 with adjustable length allow the tarpaulin to be tensioned correctly.
- FIG. 4 schematically shows how the previously described single-story construction can become, according to the same principle, a two-story construction.
