Abstract

Verfahren und Vorrichtung zum Trocknen vorentwässerter flüssiger bis feuchter Substanzen durch Konvektionstrocknen mit einem erhitzten Gas, wozu die feinverteilten Substanzteilchen auf einem Fördermittel einen Trockner durchlaufen, so daß die Substanzteilchen in einem zweistufigen Trocknungsvorgang mit unterschiedlichen Trocknungstemperaturen beaufschlagt werden, wobei die aus der ersten Stufe stammende mit Feuchtigkeit gesättigte Heißluft nach der Abtrennung der Feuchtigkeit in die zweite Stufe des Trocknungsvorganges eingeleitet und deren Temperatur auf 30 % - 100 % der Temperatur der ersten Stufe gebracht wird. Dazu weist der Trockner zwei übereinander angeordnete gasdurchlässige Bänder auf. Der Trockeninnenraum weist zwei Trockenzonen auf, wobei sich ein erstes umlaufendes Band über beide Zonen und ein zweites umlaufendes Band nur über die zweite Zone erstreckt.
