Das in der DE 42 32 570 Cl beschriebene Zahnstangen- Lenkgetriebe weist jedoch den Nachteil auf, daß die Befestigung mit Schrauben einen erhöhten Montageaufwand und höhere Anforderungen an die Bearbeitung der zu verschraubenden Teile stellt. So müssen die zu verbindenden Gehäuse Flansche aufweisen, die genau bearbeitet werden müssen. Die Auflageflächen der Flansche müssen exakte zueinander passen, damit es bei der Montage nicht zum Verklemmen der Bau- teile kommt. Die Flansche selbst müssen hohen Belastungen standhalten und sind deshalb häufig großzügig dimensioniert. In der Fig. 1 ist ein Zahnstangen-Lenkgetriebe für Kraftfahrzeuge dargestellt, bei dem ein Antriebsritzel 2 in einem Lenkgehäuse 1 in Lagern 3 und 4 drehbar gelagert ist. Am einen Ende des Antriebsritzel 2 befindet sich ein Lenkspindelanschluß 5. Das Antriebsritzel 2 steht über seine Verzahnung im Eingriff mit einer Zahnstange 6, die in dem Lenkgehäuse axial verschiebbar geführt ist. Zur Hilfskraftunterstützung dient ein Servomotor 7, dessen Kolbenstange 8 fest mit der Zahnstange 6 verbunden ist. Der Servomotor 7 enthält in einem Zylinder 10 zwei Arbeitsräume 11 und 12, die durch einen auf der Kolbenstange 8 festliegenden Kolben 13 voneinander getrennt sind. Die beiden Arbeitsräume 11 und 12 sind über Arbeitsleitungen 14 und 15 mit zwei Zylinderanschlüssen 16 und 17 eines Lenkventils 18 verbunden. Das Lenkventil 18 weist außerdem noch einen Zulaufan- schluß 20 auf, an den eine Druckquelle 21 in Form einer Servopumpe angeschlossen ist. An einen Rücklaufanschluß 22 ist ein Druckmittelbehälter 23 angeschlossen. Die Arbeits- leitungen 14 und 15 sind über zwei Anschlüsse 24 und 25 mit dem Zylinder 10 verbunden.

Claims

Zahnstangen-Lenkgetriebe für Kraftfahrzeuge, mit einem Lenkventil (18) und einem Lenkgehäuse (1), dadurch g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , daß das Lenkventil (18) und das Lenkgehäuse (1) durch eine Formschelle (27) miteinander verbunden sind.1.
