Abstract
L'invention concerne la fonderie et la sidérurgie, en particulier la technologie de la modification de la fonte et peut être utilisée dans la fabrication de diverses coulées. Le procédé consiste à fondre la charge dans un four, modifier au préalable le métal fondu au moyen d'un préalliage contenant des métaux des terres rares, du silicium, de l'aluminium et modifier ensuite le métal au moyen de ce préalliage utilisé lors de la modification préalable. La modification préalable peut être effectuée dans une poche de distribution et la modification suivante dans une poche de fonderie. Le procédé précité supprime l'effet de surmodification et permet d'obtenir une matrice de perlite ou de ferrite-perlite et une structure favorable de graphite à l'état coulé.
