Abstract

Eine Thermoprozessanlage weist Erhitzerrohre (4) auf, die in einem Ofenraum (3) in einer wellenförmigen Reihe (10) angeordnet sind. Jeweils an den 'Wellenbergen' und in den 'Wellentälern' sind Brenner (6) vorgesehen, die einen gegen die gegenüberliegende Ofenwand gerichteten Gasstrahl erzeugen. Strahlungswärme der Ofenwand und der Reaktionszone (Verbrennungswärme) erhitzt die Erhitzerrohre gleichmäßig.
