Definitions
- the invention go from an angle grinding 'fer according to the preamble of claim 1 from.
- An angle grinder with such a housing is known from DE 43 44 128.
- the housing is formed in one piece and screwed onto a cup-shaped motor housing.
- the work spindle To replace a tool that is attached to the work spindle, the work spindle must be fixed. This is done in that a spindle lock by means of a hand lever presses a locking cam against the force of a return spring into a recess which is formed on a clamping flange which is connected to the work spindle so that it rotates with it.
- high forces or clamping forces occur.
- both the spindle bearing receptacle and the locking device consist of a high-quality, low-wear material. Since the spindle bearing receptacle is made integrally with the housing, it is necessary for the entire housing to be made from such a high-quality, expensive material.
- the angle grinder according to the invention with the features of claim 1 has the advantage that the entire housing can be produced in a shell construction and can be made of an inexpensive material, only the insert part which can be inserted separately into the housing has to consist of particularly high-quality material. This results in the possibility of producing a cheaper product than was previously possible.
- the entire housing is constructed in a shell construction, that is to say with an assembly shell and a cover shell, between which the insert part is inserted.
- the insert is fixed with its first and second fixing device between the mounting shell and the cover shell, the spindle bearing receptacle and the spindle lock receptacle also arranged in the insert always remain stationary in their position relative to the housing.
- Spindle lock receptacles are arranged parallel to one another in a base body of the insert and this base body has an opening that is aligned perpendicular to the spindle lock receptacle designed as a continuous hole. This makes it possible to fix the insert between the mounting shell and the cover shell, each of which has a screw dome that is aligned with the through hole, in its position between the mounting shell and the cover shell.
- the insert part has an extension arm on which a first fixing device is arranged, the cross section of the extension arm being double T-shaped.
- the first can be inserted into the resulting recesses on both sides of the boom Firmly engage the fixing means of the mounting shell and the second fixing means of the cover shell, so that a good fixation of the angular position of the insert part in the housing between the two shells is ensured.
- the insert consists of a high-quality, low-wear material, whereas the mounting shell and the cover shell consist of an inexpensive material. This is made possible by the fact that only the spindle bearing receptacle and the spindle lock bore are heavily stressed, whereas the remaining parts of the housing are hardly affected.
- Grivory or a similar material is used as the material for the insert. This is a glass-fiber reinforced, heavy-duty polyamide plastic, called z. B. PA 6-66 GF.
- An advantageous fixing of the insert part in the housing is achieved in that the extension of the insert part bears over a large area on first and second contact surfaces of the mounting shell or cover shell.
- the insert part advantageously has, in the region of its through hole, each of the screw domes facing first and second centering devices which can be brought into engagement with first and second centering means of the screw domes. This ensures centering and thus correct insertion of the insert between the mounting shell and the cover shell.
