Abstract

La présente invention concerne un élément filtrant se présentant sous forme de panneau, notamment destiné à un filtre à air pour l'intérieur d'un véhicule. Le filtre à air (16) présente un élément de renfort (21), qui permet de rigidifier le pli d'extrémité (20) dudit filtre, au moyen d'une barre (23). Une entretoise (24) est introduite dans le dernier interstice de pli de la voie du filtre (17), afin d'assembler l'élément de renfort. Le pli d'extrémité (20) est serré entre l'entretoise et des pattes (22). Ces pattes (22) peuvent être collées au pli d'extrémité, au moyen d'une bande, par exemple par pliage des bandes latérales (19), ce qui permet de fixer l'élément de renfort (21). La solution proposée par cette invention se caractérise en ce que la production dudit filtre est très économique et en ce que l'élément filtrant est très fiable lors de son utilisation.
