Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Prüfeinrichtung (1) zur Ermittlung der Wandstärken von Rohrleitungen (21, 22), die in baulichen Einrichtungen installiert sind, in denen hohe Temperaturen und korrosive chemische Verbindungen auftreten. Bis jetzt können die Wandstärken dieser Rohrleitungen (21, 22) nur während des Stillstandes solcher baulicher Einrichtungen geprüft werden. Mit Hilfe der erfindungsgemäßen Prüfeinrichtung (1) ist eine Prüfung jeder Zeit möglich. Die Prüfeinrichtung (1) ist hierfür mit wenigstens einem Prüfelement in Form eines Sensors (2) versehen, der in die Einrichtung integriert und dieser jeder Zeit wieder entnommen werden kann. Der Sensor (2) ist rohrförmig ausgebildet und aus dem gleichen Material wie die Rohre (21, 22) gefertigt. Die Dicke seiner Mantelfläche (2M) ist an die Wandstärke der Rohre (21, 22) angepaßt. Solange er innerhalb der Einrichtung angeordnet ist, wird er abschnittsweise auf den Temperaturen gehalten, welche auch die Rohre (21, 22) aufweisen.
