Une fois le module 2 ou le collecteur placé sur la branche plane 6, la vis 1 2 est pivotée pour venir à son tour prendre place dans l'autre étrier 36 de fixation. Il suffit alors de serrer la vis 1 2 pour obtenir une excellente fixation du module 2 ou du collecteur dont il fait partie. Lors du serrage de la vis 1 2, le module est plaqué sur la branche plane 6. Il existe alors une contrainte élastique au niveau de la patte de fixation 8 sur l'étrier de fixation 36 qui maintient le module sur la branche plane 6.
