Abstract

Each clamp consists of two half clasps (111,112,121,122), each hinged (117,127) together and carrying captive fixing screws (116,126). The base portions of each are connected together (130) and may be formed in one piece, the bridging portion being used to attach the assembly to a wall, possibly by a screwed portion (103). the opening parts of the clamps face each other, but in a variant, the open ends face the same way and the bridging piece is a separate piece, attached by welding.
