Abstract

It can produce the alcohol-based fuel, which is not only to give less harmful exhaust gases to the environment, but moreover, to produce the same amount of energy for locomotion as gasoline does, thus, the fuel can be used as a substitute to gasoline, to require not much or neither alternation nor development for internal-combustion functions, and to keep using the ordinary and common internal-combustion engines in automobile. The fuel is consisted with at least methanol alcohol, iso-propyl alcohol, iso-buthyl alcohol, M.T.B.E., and purified naphtha.

Description

G R E E N O I L
[Detailed Description of Invention]
[Use in Industπes]
This invention is a new method of manufactuπng and its device to produce a subsntute of petroleum fuel It is low-pollunon fuel and can be used for internal-combustion engines and industπes
[Technology for the Previous Production]
A common fuel used for internal-combustion engines and industπes was petroleum fuel It is considered to be the most required fuel while only limited supply is available on the earth It is known that gasoline produces different kinds of exhaust gases
However, when using the mentioned petroleum fuel, it produces carbon compounds (hereinafter called "CO\"'), volatilizing hydrocarbon (hereinafter called "HxCx"), sulfur oxides (hereinafter called "SOx"), nitrogen oxides (hereinafter called "NOx"), and other exhausted gases, which are considered to give seπous effects to environment
Thus, it is becoming popular to use methanol and ethanol as a substitute of gasoline recenth
A number of countπes put effort on research & development in low-pollution fuel, and some
Figure imgf000003_0001
e successful cases
[Subject of the Invention can solve]
Although the above mentioned fuel can realize use of low-pollution fuel as a substitute for gasoline. it has only about 50% caloπes of the normal gasolme when in used automobiles Thus, the automobiles need to accommodate a tank twice as large as the normal tank Moreover, it requires sigmficant modification to the internal-combustion engines or replaces it to completeK new t% pe of engine
Also the above mentioned low-pollution fuel is as the same as ethanol. thus, it has low ev aporation pressure It causes problems when starting the engine when used in the internal-combustion engine
Tlus inv ented fuel solves above all problems (1) realization of use of low-pollution fuel. (2) provision of energy as the same caloπes as the normal gasoline, (3) no requirement of alternation or development of a new internal-combustion engine, (4) a plenty of supply to compose the fuel, and (5) possible to use the ordinary mternal-combustion engine without any modification This mainlv alcohol based low-pollution composed fuel is the topic of this invention
[Method of solving subject]
Tlus invention is about a new composed fuel mainly based with alcohol to solve the explained problems before The following is the method of manufactuπng the fuel
The sviithetic fuel composed of methanol alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, iso-buthyl alcohol. M T B E . and the puπfied naphtha And the production method for more improved and less-pollution fuel using the mentioned composed fuel is to lomze the composed fuel with a strong magnetic force, and then apply strong supersonic wave When breaking air bubbles produced from the previous stage, a huge amount of energv is produced and it becomes high temperature and highly pressured Temperature can reach up to thousand Celsius and over 100 atmosphere on a spot and/or a moment Atoms of carbon in the fuel form a fullerence like a soccer ball by the time Then, applying high frequenc current affects hydrogen molecule to bond with other molecules more easily (it is the same reaction to that w ater producing hydroxyl ions when high frequency current is applied) and it causes the Brownian movement as the result When the movement breaks up the molecular groups of carbonate hydrogen in the fuel, it has energy explosions This unique production method is. then, to have inorganic substances touching the molecules during the energy explosion and to repeat this process
[Works]
The composed fuel vvπtten above is consisted with methanol alcohol ,ιsopropyl alcohol -iso-buth l alcohol. M T B E , and puπfied naphtha It can produce fewer COx. SOx, NOx, and other exhaust gases The fuel can be used for a substitute of gasoline where it works as same as gasoline does
Particles shaped into a cluster form in the composed fuel which has gone through the process of exposing to strong magnetic force, supersonic, and high frequency current in a tank, and then contact with inorganic substances, are activated efficiently in a short peπod of time, and has a strong molecule movement As the result, particles are discomposed and become more effective fuel, producing more energy
[Example]
The composition ratio is methanol alcohol 2 5-35% (m weight), isopropyl alcohol 2-10% (in weight), iso-buthyl alcohol 2-10%. M TB E 5-15% (m weight), and puπfied naphtha 40-55% (in weight) Next, the fuel was compared to the ordinaπly gasoline The result is as the table below
A normal automobile (2000cc) was used in the expeπment Level of CO. HC. and NOx were measured based on the rules of the Basic Security, Clause 30, Level 30
[Table 1]
Compaπson of Exhaust Gases
Figure imgf000005_0001
As clearlv stated in the table, levels of CO. THC, and NOx from the invented fuel is much lower than the normal fuel Especially THC level is significantly lowered by using the invented fuel
Then, tlus invented composed fuel can reduce level of CO. THC, NOx quite much and it can be used as normal fuel giving almost no effect to environment
This invented fuel can be modified more with descπbed works below and to compose much lower- pollution fuel
Thus what the new manufactuπng method is a repetition of (1) to lomze the fuel by magnet. (2) to expose to supersomc waves, (3) to go through high frequency current, and (4) to contact with the listed inorganic substances, (5) to store
The fuel produced in the above method is activated strongly when it touches the listed inorganic substance Also, it prevents the fuel from oxidization and becomes good quality and less-pollution fuel
It is recommended to use the device descπbed below
The device is composed with (1) a tank contaimng the composed fuel descπbed in the first example with active hydrogen molecules after lomzed by exposing to a strong magnetic force and changed the foπn of carbon by exposing to supersomc, (2) a pump from the tank to, (3) an oil infiltration device connected to. and (4) a path returning fuel back to the tank
By using this device the ordinary gasoline powered internal-combustion engines requires no modifications, thus it reduces costs of manufactuπng for new devices It is also easv to manufacture the device and its mateπal procurement for the device production is stable The device can provide very practical fuel, which has less impact to environment
The mentioned inorganic substances used with the fuel are "tolmaπne ore" and "russel salt " These are dielectπc substances in a "polar crystal form " They discharge electπcity in a moment on touching the fuel With this reaction the surrounding fuel becomes electrolyzed lightly .
It composes with electrons to become neutralize Hydrogen atoms compose with other atoms easilv and it provides more caloπes And it forms in a cluster shape, resulting enlarging caloπe amount
The inv ented low-pollution fuel is not limited of its use as above example It can be mixed ith the ordinarv petroleum fuel, such as gasoline
[Effect of Invention]
At least the synthetic fuel composed of methanol alcohol, isobuta alcohol, iso-buth l alcohol M T B E . and the purified naphtha Using this fuel reduces the levels of CO, THC. and NOx. and it still provides the same energy as the normal gasoline does
Thus, the fuel is not only low-pollution fuel, but (1) giving the same energy as gasoline. (2) providing the same energy as gasoline for automobile's locomotion. (3) requiring no alternation or research and development of the internal-combustion engine, (4) having enough suppK for manufacturing the fuel, (5) keeping to use the ordinary internal-combustion engine, which results lower manufactuπng cost of engines, (6) having a stable supply and easy manufactuπng of the fuel
Manufactuπng method of the invented fuel as the diagram below
Composed fuel is input from the pipe as the indication The fuel in the dev ice becomes decomposed by (2) strong magnetic field The polarized ions composed agam bv (3) strong supersonic, then the composed fuel becomes a energy explosion stage when the fuel touches (B) electπc poles and (6) inorganic substance
