Abstract

La présente invention concerne une séquence d'acide nucléique correspondant à SEQ ID NO:1 ou son dérivé ou fragment ou les variantes de la séquence d'acide nucléique correspondant à SEQ ID NO:1 ou un dérivé ou fragment de la variante, codant pour un polypeptide dont l'activité biologique est celle d'une arbutine synthase, ainsi qu'un polypeptide codé par ces séquences d'acide nucléique. Cette invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication des polypeptides de l'invention, ainsi qu'un procédé de préparation de glycosides.
