Abstract

The present invention relates to an article manufacturing method that involves preparing a preform and subsequently applying a coating on the surface thereof from an electrolyte suspension. Before applying the coating, the method involves applying a main treatment using an aqueous suspension of an ultra-dispersed diamond-like carbon cluster in an aqueous solution of sulphuric or hydrochloric acid. The acid is further rinsed with distilled water and an additional treatment is applied using a cationic active substance for deoxidising the volume and overcharging the surface of the particles in the electrolyte.
