Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour l'implantation de tuteurs intravasculaires, qui comprend un stent expansible et un cathéter à ballon déployable sur lequel on peut placer le stent. L'invention vise à permettre d'implanter le stent aussi dans des ramifications de vaisseaux du corps sans pour cela empêcher la circulation sanguine dans le vaisseau bifurquant. A cet effet, le stent présente au moins un évidement de passage d'écoulement (22) de dimension supérieure aux ouvertures (21).
