Abstract
Die Erfindung beschreibt ein Mikroreaktorsystem (9) zum Erzeugen und Testen von Substanzen und Wirkstoffen, wobei das System einzelne Mikroreaktoren (1, 2) umfasst, die in einem Feld angeordnet sind, wobei das Feld in Form einer Matrix mit n Reihen (A1-A4) und m Spalten (B1-B6) aus Mikroreaktoren (1, 2) aufgebaut ist, wobei jeder Mikroreaktor (1, 2) eine Probenkammer (3) zur Aufnahme von Substanzen und Wirkstoffen aufweist, wobei jeder Probenkammer (3) jeweils ein erster (5) und ein zweiter Zulauf (6) zugeordnet ist, sowie mindestens einen Ablauf (7) von Probenkammer (3) zum Entleeren der Probenkammer (3) aufweist, wobei die jeweiligen ersten Zuläufe (5) der Mikroreaktoren (1, 2) jeder der n Reihen (A1-A4) über einen jeweiligen ersten Zulauf-Verbindungs-kanal (18) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die jeweiligen zweiten Zuläufe (6) der Mikroreaktoren (1, 2) jeder der m Spalten (B1-B6) über einen jeweiligen zweiten Zulauf-Verbindungskanal (19) miteinander verbunden sind, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der jeweilige erste (5) und zweite (6) Zulauf in eine Mischstrecke (4) in Form eine Kanalsystem führen, die auslaufseitig in die Probenkammer (3) übergeht, dass jeder erste Zulauf-Verbindungskanal (18) und jeder zweite Zulauf-Verbindungs-kanal (19) jeweils ein Zulaufende (20) und ein Ablaufende (21), zwischen denen die jeweiligen ersten Zuläufe (5) bzw. die jeweiligen zweiten Zuläufe (6) angeordnet sind, an denen jeweils ein Absperrventil (22) angeordnet, ist, aufweist, und dass jeder Ablauf von der Probenkammer (3) ein Absperrventil (23) aufweist.
