Abstract

Cette invention concerne un dispositif d'ophtalmologie exerçant un action optique et que l'on utilise afin de traiter les yeux à l'aide d'un rayonnement optique. Ce dispositif se présente sous forme d'un instrument de type jumelles comportant des systèmes optiques droit et gauche parallèles. Chaque système optique comprend un repère commandé, qui consiste en une diode électroluminescente, ainsi qu'un émetteur laser IR commandé qui définissent, à l'aide de l'optique, un champ d'éclairage dans lequel on place les yeux du patient et, périodiquement, un capteur de rayonnement externe servant à ajuster et à corriger l'instrument. Entre la sortie de l'émetteur et la source d'alimentation commandée se trouve un capteur intégré de rayonnement laser qui possède un coefficient variable de transmission du circuit de liaison retour. Une unité de comparaison de la puissance moyenne du rayonnement, qui comporte une correction thermique et comprend un étalon, est en outre connectée audit capteur intégré au niveau de la sortie de commande. L'unité de comparaison est montée entre le capteur de rayonnement externe et la source d'alimentation commandée qui est reliée à l'entrée de l'émetteur par le biais d'un capteur de courant, ladite entrée possédant une liaison retour à la source d'alimentation. Chaque système optique comprend une unité de synchronisation qui définit le temps de fonctionnement, ainsi qu'une unité de génération de fréquence réglable d'alimentation de l'émetteur. Ce dispositif comprend en outre un indicateur de son mode de fonctionnement.
