Abstract

Cette invention concerne un procédé qui consiste essentiellement à placer un support (3) de charges électriques libres comportant des conducteurs (4, 5), dans des flux de particules d'un champ d'un milieu cosmique, ceci à proximité immédiate d'un écran.
