L'article filiforme (7) passe entre l'unité de rotation (1) et la face interne du boîtier (3), on fait tourner une partie de cet article filiforme (7) dans le sens de l'unité de rotation (1) afin de conférer à ce dernier un sens de rotation dans lequel l'article (7) tourne et l'autre partie de l'article (7) est fixée entre l'unité de rotation (1) et la face interne du boîtier (3); on continue à faire tourner l'article (7) afin qu'il puisse entrer en contact avec la lame (4) et être coupé. La force élastique du corps élastique (6) fait tourner l'unité de rotation (1) dans le sens inverse pour le remettre dans l'état où l'article (7) n'est pas encore coupé. L'invention concerne aussi un récipient (11) pour article filiforme et un plan de travail (9) utilisant le couteau (10).
