Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à la fabrication d'un loess ajouté au tabac qui supprime les effets nocifs de la fumée dans le corps humain en éliminant les composés chimiques toxiques contenus dans le tabac. Plus particulièrement, non seulement les composés à base d'oxyde des constituants du loess mais également les oxydes de fer en tant qu'additifs réagissent avec le monoxyde de la fumée du tabac, de façon à abaisser considérablement la concentration de monoxyde. A l'avantage de la santé des fumeurs ou des non fumeurs exposés à la fumée du tabac, les composés chimiques nocifs de la fumée sont réduits facilement et en toute sécurité par les réactions chimiques et par l'effet de tamis moléculaire du loess. Le mode de réalisation principal de cette invention concerne la fabrication d'un loess ajouté au tabac et de composés chimiques à base d'oxyde (Fe2O3, FeO) en tant qu'additif, si nécessaire. Le loess séché sous forme de fines particules d'une taille de 250 mailles ou le loess dilué sous forme de particules d'une taille de 250 mailles est mélangé avec les feuilles de tabac, le papier et le filtre, pour que les matières du tabac ainsi mélangées soient introduites dans l'étape appropriée du processus de fabrication du loess ajouté aux différentes matières du tabac et des composés chimiques à base d'oxyde de fer (Fe2O3, FeO) en tant qu'additif, si nécessaire. Pour faire du loess un ingrédient vital des matières du tabac, des processus de dilution, d'extraction, de dessiccation, de broyage, de purification, d'immersion et de mélange entrent dans les modes de réalisation essentiels de cette invention.
