Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zur Erfassung optischer Eigenschaften, insbesondere von Lumineszenzreaktionen und Brechungsverhalten, von auf einem Träger (12) direkt oder indirekt gebundenen Molekülen (14) werden elektromagnetische Wellen, insbesondere Laserlicht (26), auf den Träger eingestrahlt. Von den Molekülen emittiertes oder gebrochenes Licht wird von einem Detektor (28) erfaßt. Während und nach dem Einstrahlen der elektromagnetischen Wellen werden Detektor und Träger relativ zueinander bewegt. Als Träger wird insbesondere ein transparenter Träger mit integrierten und von einem Detektor, insbesondere einem optoeletronischen Abtastsystem erfassbare Positionsmarkierungen (20) verwendet. Hierbei wird wenigstens eine der integrierten Positionsmarkierungen während oder nach der Relativbewegung von Träger und Detektor ausgelesen, so dass eine Zuordnung des von dem Detektor erfassten Lichts zu einem Ort auf dem Träger möglich wird. Bei einer Vorrichtung zur Durchfühnung des Verfahrens ist ein Detektor, insbesondere ein optoelektronisches Abtastsystem zur Erfassung von in dem Träger integrierten Positionsmarkierungen vorgesehen.
