Abstract

Cette invention concerne un système permettant d'enregistrer la présence de travailleurs du secteur tertiaire qui se déplacent entre plusieurs récipiendaires de service externes et éparpillés géographiquement. Ce système comprend un ordinateur de bureau de l'employeur, ainsi que plusieurs dispositifs d'enregistrement de présence mobiles qui comprennent des systèmes permettant de télécharger les données enregistrées dans l'ordinateur de bureau. Chaque dispositif est détenu par un travailleur afin que celui-ci puisse faire état personnellement et périodiquement de sa présence à l'ordinateur de bureau. L'enregistrement des données de présence dans le dispositif mobile n'est possible que par le biais d'une clé d'autorisation légale qui est détenue exclusivement par chaque récipiendaire de service, et qui comprend des données d'identification pouvant être lues par le dispositif mobile. Ainsi, dans le cas d'une identification positive, celle-ci s'accompagne de l'enregistrement des données de date et d'heure courantes dans une mémoire du dispositif mobile, ceci en vue de leur téléchargement ultérieur dans l'ordinateur de bureau. Cette invention concerne également un dispositif personnel et mobile qui permet d'enregistrer la présence et que l'on utilise dans ce système.
