Abstract

Ein Rechnersystem mit einer Sichtanzeige, die Daten in einem interaktiven geteilten Kreisdiagramm anzeigt und einem Benutzer gestattet, zum dynamischen Verändern der Konfiguration des Diagramms die Eingabeparameter des Kreisdiagramms zu modifizieren. Das geteilte Kreisdiagramm kann in zwei oder mehr Abschnitte geteilt werden, die jeweils einem anderen Zeitraum entsprechen. Jeder Abschnitt ist in Keile unterteilt, die jeweils verschiedenen Variablen und ihren entsprechenden Werten z.B. in zwei verschiedenen Zeiträumen entsprechen. Das Diagramm selber wird schliesslich geographisch auf einem graphischen Bild einer Karte angeordnet. Zwischen dem Rechnersystem und einem Datenspeichersystem ist eine Schnittstelle zum Übertragen von Daten, die in die graphische Darstellung des Kreisdiagramms umgewandelt werden sollen, vorgesehen. Der Benutzer modifiziert die Eingabeparameter des Kreisdiagramms durch eine Benutzerschnittstelle, die die Modifikationen in Abfragen an das Datenbankspeichersystem übersetzt, um die entsprechenden Daten abzurufen.
