Description

REVETEMENT-SUPPORT POREUX POUR TERRAINS DE POROUS SURFACE COATING FOR GROUNDS
SPORTSPORT
The present invention relates to a porous support coating for sports grounds.
It can be suitable for most types of playing or sports grounds, whether indoor or outdoor, and applies for example to football or volleyball basketball courts, tennis courts of the type clay, boules, or bullfighting arenas.
Ces techniques présentent l'inconvénient de ne pas pouvoir être humidifiées, d'où un inconfort très important pour les utilisateurs (glissage, poussière).Playgrounds or sports grounds with a mobile or non-mobile playing surface, made of crushed brick, sand, shale or other, have the disadvantage of being deformed very quickly and of being quickly rendered unusable, unless serious intervention is made, after rain or the freeze. Certain construction methods use, under the surface coatings, a rigid support consisting for example of cement gravel, ashes or porous or non-porous mixes. These techniques have the disadvantage of not being able to be humidified, hence a very significant discomfort for the users (sliding, dust).
Les désagréments qui peuvent s'ensuivreThis is why a large number of constructions are provided with vertical drainage consisting of a significant recovery system (drains) below the surface. The inconvenience that can ensue
The device according to the present invention eliminates all these drawbacks. Indeed, it makes it possible to produce non-deformable soils with very good resistance over time, insensitive to frost in most cases, retaining permanent humidity, easy to maintain and a remarkable comfort of use due in particular the absence of dust.
It consists of a rigid microporous screed with a structure allowing it to maintain a permanent humidity of the surface covering under which it is placed, this screed being composed of a mixture of microporous structural elements, of bare wedging elements , rubbing elements and binders ensuring good cohesion of the assembly after pouring the screed on the ground infrastructure.
In the accompanying drawing, given by way of nonlimiting example of one of the possible embodiments, FIG. 1 represents the vertical section of an element on the surface of a playground or sports field in accordance with the invention .
In this figure, we can see a microporous screed 1 arranged between the infrastructure 2 and the surface coating 3 of the ground.
The thicknesses of the different layers are variable depending on the uses.
The microporous screed 1 is rigid and serves as a support for the surface coating 3 while making it possible to act as a moisture reservoir, thus ensuring progressive humidification of this coating.
Ces composants sont mélangés et additionnés d'eau et éventuellement d'adjuvants, de façon à former un mortier apte à être coulé surThis screed is formed of microporous structural elements (natural or not) of bare wedging elements (porous or not, natural or not) rubbing elements (natural or not) and binders ensuring good cohesion of the whole. These components are mixed and added with water and optionally with additives, so as to form a mortar capable of being poured over
1 ' infrastructure 2 pour former un support rigide pour le revêtement de surface 3, que celui-ci soit de type "mobile" ou non.1 infrastructure 2 to form a rigid support for the surface coating 3, whether it is of the "mobile" type or not.
The microporous elements, the wedging elements and the friction elements will consist of pumice stone, basalt, pozzolan, blast furnace slag or similar materials.
La composition de la chape 1 sera de préférence la suivante :The composition of the screed 1 will preferably be as follows:
- Eléments microporeux de granulométrie 6/20 mm 0 à 45 %- Microporous elements with a grain size of 6/20 mm 0 to 45%
- Eléments de calage microporeux de granulométrie 2/6 mm : 0 à 40 % ( Ensemble éléments microporeux + éléments de calage : 20 à 40 % )- Microporous wedging elements of 2/6 mm particle size: 0 to 40% (All microporous elements + wedging elements: 20 to 40%)
- Eléments frottants de granulométrie 0/1 mm 0 à 30 %- Friction elements with grain size 0/1 mm 0 to 30%
- Liants à base de laitier ou de scories 2 à 7 %- Binders based on slag or slag 2 to 7%
- adjuvant (cendres, chaux, etc) 0,5 à 3 %- adjuvant (ash, lime, etc.) 0.5 to 3%
- eau 1 à 10 %- water 1 to 10%
La structure et la rigidité de la chape 1 permettent de réaliser un traçage permanent en coulant des bandes de marquage définitives directement sur ce support .The screed 1 can advantageously be placed on a flexible in rastructure 2 constituted for example by all comers and, provided that the slopes are produced with precision (slopes approved by the various federations), make it possible to avoid any drainage system. The structure and the rigidity of the screed 1 make it possible to achieve permanent tracing by pouring definitive marking strips directly onto this support.
The positioning of the various constituent elements gives the object of the invention a maximum of useful effects which had not, to date, been obtained by similar devices.
