Abstract
Hautpflegemittel in Form einer Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsion weisen perlglänzendes Aussehen auf, wenn sie: (A) 0,5-5,0 Gew.-% eines Phospholipids; (B) 2-10 Gew.-% eines oder mehrerer Lipide der Formel R1-O-R2, in der R1 eine primäre, lineare Alkyl-, Alkenyl- oder Acylgruppe mit 20-30 C-Atomen und R2 Wasserstoff oder eine Hydroxylalkylgruppe mit 2-6 C-Atomen und 1-5 Hydroxylgruppen ist; und (C) gegebenenfalls bis zu 20 Gew.-% weiterer Öl- und Fettkomponenten, mit der Maßgabe, daß diese nicht mehr als 70 Gew.-% der Summe von (A+B+C) ausmachen; (D) 0,1-2,0 Gew.-% eines Öl-in-Wasser-Emulgators; und (E) 70-95 Gew.-% Wasser enthalten. Bevorzugt ist als Phospholipid ein natürliches Phosphatid und als Lipid der Formel R1-O-R2 Behenylalkohol enthalten.
Description
Perlglänzende Hautpflegeemulsion
Die Erfindung betrifft Hautpflegemittel in Form von Cremes oder Lotionen vom Typ Öl- in-Wasser, die ein perlglänzendes Aussehen zeigen.
Emulsionen zeigen in der Regel ein milchiges Aussehen, das mit zunehmender Tröpfchengröße von opaleszent bis hin zu einem dichten weiß reichen kann. Man hat aber auch schon Emulsionen zur Erhöhung der Attraktivität und um ihnen ein ästhetisch ansprechendes Aussehen zu verleihen, mit Perlmuttpigmenten und anderen perlglänzenden Zusätzen versetzt.
Es wurde nunmehr festgestellt, daß kosmetische Emulsionen des Typs Öl-in-Wasser auch schon aufgrund ihrer Formulierung ohne Zusatz von Perlglanzpigmenten ein recht schönes, perlglänzendes und texturiertes Aussehen haben können, wenn die Fettphase der Emulsion ein Phospholipid und ein langkettiges lineares Lipid in bestimmten Mengen enthält und als Emulgator ein hydrophiler O/W-Emulgator verwendet wird.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist daher ein Hautpflegemittel in Form einer Öl-in-Wasser- Emulsion mit perlglänzendem Aussehen, das einen Gehalt von
(A) 0,5 - 5,0 Gew.-% eines Phospholipids
(B) 2 - 10 Gew.-% eines oder mehrerer Lipide der Formel R1 - O - R2, in der R1 eine primäre, lineare Alkyl-, Alkenyl- oder Acylgruppe mit 20 - 30 C-Atomen und R2 Wasserstoff oder eine Hydroxyalkylgruppe mit 2 - 6 C-Atomen und 1 - 5 Hydroxylgruppen ist, sowie
ERSATZBLÄTT (REGEL 26)
(C) gegegenenfalls bis zu 20 Gew.-% weiterer Öl- und Fettkomponenten, mit der Maßgabe, daß diese nicht mehr als 70 Gew.-% der Summe (A + B + C) ausmachen,
(D) 0,1 - 2,0 Gew.-% eines Öl-in-Wasser-(O/W)-Emulgators und
(E) 70 - 95 Gew.-% Wasser
aufweist.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Hautpflegemittel können sowohl in Form fließfähiger, emulsionsförmiger Lotionen als auch in Form steifer Cremes vorliegen, je nach Menge der emulgierten Fettkomponente.
Als Phospholipide können Sphingolipide oder Phosphatide (Glycerophospholipide), z.B. Phosphatidylcholine (Lecithin) eingesetzt werden. Solche Produkte können aus tierischen und pflanzlichen Rohstoffen isoliert werden. Besonders bevorzugt ist als Phospholipid (A) ein natürliches Phosphatid, z.B. Ei- oder Soja-Lecithin, in einer Menge von 0,5 - 2.0 Gew.- % enthalten.
Im Handel sind Lecithin-Fraktionen meist im Gemisch mit Fettsäuren oder Triglyceriden. Die erfindungsgemäße Konzentrationsangabe bezieht sich auf den Phospholipidgehalt der Handelsprodukte.
Als Lipide der Formel R'-O-R2 eignen sich bevorzugt Behen- oder Erucylderivate, in welchen R1 eine lineare, endständig substituierte Alkyl-, Alkenyl- oder Acylgruppe mit 22 C-Atomen ist. Solche Produkte sind z.B. Behenylalkohol, Erucylalkohol, Arachidylalkohol oder auch Behensäure oder Erucasäure. Schließlich eignen sich auch die Monoester von C20-C30-Fettsäuren mit Polyolen wie z.B. Pentaerythrit, Trimethylolpropan, Diglycerin, Sorbit, Glucose oder Methylglucose, z.B. Sorbitan-monobehenat oder Pentaerythrit- monoerucat. Bevorzugt geeignet als Lipid (B) der Formel R'-O-R2 ist Behenylalkohol in einer Menge von 2 - 6 Gew.-%.
Bevorzugt sind die erfindungsgemäßen Hautpflegemittel frei von weiteren Öl- und Fettkomponenten. Es können aber gegebenenfalls weitere beliebige Öl- und Fettkom-
ponenten (C) enthalten sein, ohne daß der Perlglanz der Hautpflegemittel verschwindet. Allerdings sollte die Menge solcher weiterer Öl- oder Fettkomponenten nicht mehr als 70 Gew.-% der Summe der Komponenten (A + B + C) ausmachen.
Wenn solche weiteren Öl- oder Fettkomponenten enthalten sind, so kann es sich dabei z.B. um Paraffinöl, Squalan, Silikonöle, pflanzliche und tierische Triglyceridfette, Fettsäure- Fettalkoholester (Wachs-Ester), Fettsäureester von Glycolen und Polyolen wie z.B. Pentaerythrit oder Trimethylolpropan, Dicarbonsäureester, Benzoesäureester oder andere bekannte Ölkomponenten, z.B. 2-Octyldodecanol oder Dialkylether handeln. Besonders bevorzugt eignen sich als weitere Öl- oder Fettkomponente (C) Dialkylether mit insgesamt 12 - 20 C-Atomen in einer Menge von bis zu 12 Gew.-%. Geeignete Dialkylether sind z.B. Lauryl-Isopropylether, Decyl-2-ethylhexyl-ether oder Di-n-octylether.
Als Öl-in-Wasser-Emulgatoren eignen sich ionogene oder hydrophile nichtionogene oberflächenaktive Stoffe mit HLB-Werten von 10 und höher. Besonders bevorzugte O/W- Emulgatoren sind ionische Tenside, insbesondere anionische Tenside mit einer linearen Alkylkette mit 16 - 22 C-Atomen.
Geeignete anionische Tenside sind z.B. Fettalkoholsulfat-Salze z.B. Cetyl-/Stearylsulfat in Form des Natrium- oder Triethanolammoniumsalzes oder Alkylphosphat-Salze, z.B. Cetylhydrogenphosphat-Kaliumsalz, Acylisethionat-Salze, Acylsarkoside, Acyllactat- oder Acyllactylat-Salze, z.B. Stearoyllactylat-Natriumsalz. Die O/W-Emulgatoren werden bevorzugt in einer Menge von 1 - 20 Gew.-% der Lipid- und Fettkomponenten (B + C) eingesetzt.
Neben den genannten Komponenten können die erfindungsgemäßen Hautpflegemittel übliche Hilfs- und Zusatzmittel für kosmetische Hautpflegemittel enthalten. Solche üblichen Hilfsmittel sind z.B. Konservierungsmittel, Puffersalze, Propylenglycol, Glycerin, organische oder anorganische Verdickungsmittel, z.B. Pflanzengumme (Guar-Gum, Gummi Arabicum), Xanthan-Gum, Stärke, wasserlösliche Cellulosederivate, synthetische, wasserlösliche Polymere, z.B. Polyvinylpyrrolidon, Polyacrylsäure-Salze. Geeignete
anorganische Verdickungsmittel sind z.B. Schichtsilikate (Bentonite), Veegum (Magnesium-aluminium-Silikat) oder verdickende feinteilige Kieselsäuren.
Schließlich können kosmetische Wirkstoffe, z.B. Sonnenschutzmittel, Vitamine, Pflanzen- extrakte, Hautfeuchthaltemittel, antimikrobielle Stoffe, deodorierende oder schweißhemmende Stoffe, Farbstoffe und Duftstoffe in den erfindungsgemäßen Hautpflegemitteln enthalten sein.
Die folgenden Beispiele sollen den Erfindungsgegenstand näher erläutern ohne ihn hierauf zu beschränken:
B e i s p i e l e
Es wurden die folgenden Emulsionen bzw. Cremes nach üblichem Verfahren hergestellt:
Die Komponenten der Fettphase wurden gemischt und die Schmelze auf 80°C erwärmt. Die Komponenten der Wasserphase wurden gelöst, die Lösung auf 80°C erwärmt und langsam unter ständigem Rühren in die heiße Fettphase eingearbeitet. Nach dem Abkühlen der Emulsion auf 40°C wurde unter weiterem Rühren das Parfümöl zugesetzt. Dann wurde die Emulsion unter Rühren und Homogenisation auf 20°C gekühlt.

Claims
1. Hautpflegemittel in Form einer Öl-in- Wasser- Emulsion mit perlglänzendem Aussehen, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt von
(A) 0,5 - 5 Gew.-% eines Phospholipids
(B) 2 - 10 Gew.-% eines oder mehrerer Lipide der Formel R] - O - R2, in der R' eine primäre, lineare Alkyl-, Alkenyl- oder Acylgruppe mit 20 - 30 C-Atomen und R2 Wasserstoff oder eine Hydroxyalkylgruppe mit 2 - 6 C-Atomen und 1 - 5 Hydroxylgruppen ist, sowie
(C) gegebenenfalls bis zu 20 Gew.-% weiterer Öl- und Fettkomponenten, mit der Maßgabe, daß diese nicht mehr als 70 Gew.-% der Summe (A + B + C) ausmachen
(D) 0,1 - 2 Gew.-% eines Öl-in- Wasser-Emulgators
(E) 70 - 95 Gew.-% Wasser.
2. Hautpflegemittel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Phospholipid (A) ein natürliches Phosphatid, z.B. Ei- oder Soja-Lecithin, in einer Menge von 0,5 - 2 Gew.-% enthalten ist.
3. Hautpflegemittel gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Lipid der Formel R' - O - R2 Behenylalkohol in einer Menge von 2 - 6 Gew.-% enthalten ist.
4. Hautpflegemittel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als weitere Öl- oder Fettkomponente (C) ein Dialkylether mit insgesamt 12 - 20 C-Atomen in einer Menge von bis zu 12 Gew.-% enthalten ist.
5. Hautpflegemittel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als O/W-Emulgator (D) ein anionisches Tensid enthalten ist.
6. Hautpflegemittel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Konservierungsmittel 1,6-Hexandiol in einer Menge von 2 - 10 Gew.-% enthalten ist.
