L'invention concerne un combiné téléphonique pour alarme et/ou surveillance à distance, comprenant au moins un bouton de numérotation rapide/abrégée pré-programmable (5) et un appareil de sélection/occupation de ligne (4), un moyen de commutation (6) commandé par un signal d'alarme étant attribué au moyen de commutation dudit appareil de sélection/occupation de ligne (4) et au moyen de contact du bouton de numérotation rapide/abrégée pré-programmable (5). Le moyen de commutation (6) commandé par un signal d'alarme est configuré de manière qu'il stimule la fonction du moyen de commutation de l'appareil de sélection/occupation de ligne (4) et du moyen de contact du bouton de numérotation rapide/abrégée pré-programmable (5).
