Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte aux enveloppes de type gaines pour saucisses et saucissons, et concerne une enveloppe qui comprend une couche d'un matériau à base de polyamide, ainsi qu'une couche interne et une couche externe comprenant des polymères moussants et solubles dans l'eau. La couche interne et anti-adhésive comprend en outre un additif alimentaire qui est choisi dans la famille des acides carbonés et de leurs dérivés, et qui est compatible avec les polymères moussants et solubles dans l'eau, ceci dans une quantité d'au moins 5 % et selon un rapport de 1: 3-1 par rapport au poids. Les couches externe et interne de l'enveloppe ont une densité allant de 0,2 à 2,0 g/m2 et de 0,5 à 5,0 g/m2, respectivement. La couche se composant d'un matériau à base de polyamide est de préférence réalisée à partir d'un mélange de polyamides synthétiques. On utilise en qualité de polymères moussants et solubles dans l'eau, pour la couche interne comme pour la couche externe, des éthers de cellulose et/ou de dextrine, de la mousse d'Irlande (carraghen), des acides alginiques, des caséinates, des albumines, de l'alcool polyvinylique, du polyvinylpyrrolidone ou un mélange de ces derniers.
