Abstract
Cette invention concerne une structure d'élément de puissance qui permet de limiter automatiquement le volume d'un agent de travail pénétrant dans une chambre élastique. Cette structure permet ainsi d'éviter tout risque de rupture prématurée, et n'entraîne pas d'augmentation sensible du poids ni des dimensions de l'élément de puissance. La fiabilité de cette structure est en outre accrue. A cette fin, l'élément de puissance comprend un corps dont les parties périphériques sont connectées à la partie centrale par des éléments élastiques qui consistent en des ressorts plats et précontraints. L'élément de puissance comprend un insert qui est disposé entre la bille d'un clapet à bille et l'élément élastique de ce dernier, et qui comprend une surface de centrage de la bille. Le joint est fait d'un matériau dont l'élasticité est supérieure à celle du matériau dont est faite la chambre élastique. Les segments d'un élément d'articulation possèdent des longueurs déférentes de manière à pouvoir entrer en contact, en position de travail, avec l'élément de connexion des segments de la chambre élastique dans la partie médiane de celle-ci, ceci par l'intermédiaire d'une fente qui est pratiquée dans un corps de guidage de manière à être perpendiculaire au plan de déconnexion de ce dernier. Les éléments d'espacement sont arrondis, tandis que la partie centrale et que les parties périphériques sont fixées les unes aux autres par une fixation de type queue d'aronde. Les parties du corps sont également fixées à l'aide d'une colle élastique, tandis qu'un emplacement servant à recevoir un instrument de réglage est prévu sur l'extrémité du manchon de réglage qui est opposée à la fixation de l'élément de commande.
