- This catheter is also identical with pneumatic valve, but with one difference: fluid is injected instead of air, held safely by a cap. All these catheters with valves are small; female are 10 cm and male 30 cm long and it is important that they are easily placed in the bladder, passing through all the narrowings with the help of the pusher.

- Urological catheters with valves are obviously in advantage of other catheters because of their placing in the urinary bladder, because they are led by a metal rod - the pusher, the top of which is adopted to the corresponding catheters , i. e. valves - it is the rounded reinforcement of the catheter top with the pneumatic and the hydraulic valves, while with the electric it is quadrilateral.
