Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'alimentation en gaz vaporisé se trouvant dans un réservoir de stockage utilisé pour stocker le gaz sous une forme liquéfiée, dans une zone de liquide inférieure au-dessus de laquelle se trouve une zone à vapeur. Ledit procédé consiste à utiliser une source externe de chaleur pour le chauffage d'un liquide échangeur de chaleur, de manière qu'il atteigne un température d'au plus environ 35 °C, à mettre le liquide d'échange thermique en relation d'échange thermique avec au moins une partie du gaz liquéfié, de sorte que la chaleur soit transférée d'une source externe de chaleur au gaz liquéfié, et à distribuer le gaz vaporisé au consommateur, selon la demande de ce dernier, directement de la zone à vapeur du réservoir de stockage. La relation d'échange thermique est modulée, de sorte qu'au moins une partie du gaz liquéfié qui est chauffé reste principalement à l'état liquéfié, et que la température dudit gaz ne descende pas au-dessous d'une température de service minimum prédéfinie.
