Abstract

My invention (model of utility) relates to the field of the musical tools and particularly of the guitar. The invention consists to attribute to each musical notes a correspondent color engraved on the keyboard of the guitar in correspondence of the varied keys to the purpose of recognizing the notes on the handle of the guitar. The technical methods with which the invention could be realized are: painting the varieties keys of the handle of the guitar; through the technique of the inlay; applying a strike of colored gummed-paper. I claim the exclusive on production of guitars or handles of guitar with any technical procedure that engrave colored signs to the purpose of distinguishing the musical notes and keys on the keyboard of the guitar.

Description

Description Multi-color Guitar Technical Field
My invention (model of utility) relates to the field of the musical tools and particularly of the guitar.
This invention or good, this model of utility, allowing especially to the beginners of play the guitar with better facility. Since is not easy recognize the notes on the handle of the guitar, it allows an express and easy recognition of the musical notes correspondents to the varieties keys of the guitar and, therefore a better musical performance and or an easier and rapid assimilation of the notes that compose the present keys on the handle of the guitar. It constitutes a new method for play and or learn to play the guitar.
Background Art For that one which he is about to learn to play the guitar, one of the principal problems consists of the recognize and assimilate the varied musical present notes on the keyboard of the guitar in fact, in first place the sequence of the notes and of the diverged musical positions are numerous (being different according to the varied present ropes on the handle of the guitar) , and in according to place as the handle of the guitar is all of the same color, they appear all peers and, therefore hardly distinguishable and assimilable only with notable mnemonic effort.
The only facilitation that the producers of guitars allow is that of insert, with the technique of the inlay, any mother- of-pearls of silvery color, that they countersign the head-keys. But that constitutes small thing, that doesn't allow well of resolve the problem above told, in as the handle of the guitar for the almost totality of his extension stays of the same color.
Disclosure of invention
The invention consists to attribute to each musical notes a correspondent color engraved on the keyboard of the guitar in correspondence of the varied keys that they mark the diverged present notes on the keys that they mark the diverged present notes on the keyboard of the guitar .To the whole tones we have, only conventionally (but can be attributed different color - the thing doesn't matter), attributed the followings color: Black for the "LA" or "A", Yellow for the *SI"or"B", hite for the "DO"or 'C"; Brown for the "RE"or"D", Blue for the "MI"or"E", Green for the *FA"or"F', Red for the "vSOL"or"G" . The half tones, instead, are marked with the colors resultant for the combination of the colors of the two near keys (half background -or field- of the color of the key that precedes and half background -or field- of the color of the key that follows; or a dot of the color of one of the two near keys on the background of the color of the other key; or other kind
of combinations) .
This invention, or good, model of utility, allows the beginners simply following the colors that represents the musical notes to play and learn to play the guitar more easily. It constitutes a good help for
the beginners. multi-color guitar, show the positions of the varied scales and of the varied accords, and finally with a particular type of * tableau" shows a series of musical scores, that allow to the beginner to play without know how to reed the music. (*Tableau" is a particular transposition graphic of the keyboard of the guitar without division; the lines of the score are six rather than five, and represent the ropes of the guitar; our tableau allows of use maximum three numbers for point out the varied keys, in as the numbers don't refer to the sequence of the Keys, but to the sequence of the colors of the same present type on the same rope of the keyboard of the guitar.) In according to place the variety colors confer the guitar an aestetichal embellishment.
Brief description of drawings
The first drawing shows the guitar in his entirety, while the second contains the section of the guitar interested from the modification that constitutes our invention or model of utility, that is the keyboard of the guitar. Mode for carrying out the invention and industrial
90 applicability
The technical methods with which the invention could
be realized are many, but they could be brought back
only two types.
The first involve the production necessarily of a new
95 type of guitar, the second, instead, allow to apply the
procedure to each type of guitar.
The first type include the following technical
procedure:
a) engrave the varieties different colors with a
100 particular lacquering on the keyboard of the
guitar;
b) paint the varieties keys of the handle of the
guitar ;
c) ready a particular predisposed die that applied on
105 the keyboard allows with simple payment of engrave
the colors on the keyboard in correspondence of the
varied keys ;
d) through the technique of the inlay, inserting in
the cracks previously practiced on the handle of
110 the guitar in correspondence of the keys, some strips of wood or of other material, or of mother- of-pearls.
The second technical procedure, that as we told before, allow to apply to each type of guitar our 115 invention, consist of the apply on the handle of the guitar, a strike of gummed- paper already prepared to the purpose of engrave on the keyboard the scheme that realizes the sequence of the varieties keys. The paper rubberized be apply before put the ropes of the guitar, 120 or under the ropes using special crossbars you insert to the beginning and at the end of the strip of gu med- paper .
