Abstract

L'invention permet une compression par paliers stables de contenants monobloc fabriqués par les techniques modernes de l'injection, de l'extrusion-soufflage ou du blow-forming. Elle maintient la réduction des volumes, déterminant autant de volumes d'utilisation, sans avoir à reboucher les contenants, ceux-ci étant assemblables entre eux, une fois comprimés. Elle réduit le volume du contenant (1) par repliage et/ou solidarisation sucessive de segments de sa paroi (4) ou de doubles plis accordéon la constituant (10, 11, 12, 13), à l'intérieur d'une autre partie (4) rigidifiée (5, 7, 9, 14, 16) reliée à ou comportant le fond (16) ou l'ouverture (2, 3). La surface des doubles plis comporte des replis verticaux et/ou des soufflets (12, 13) dont la déformation momentanée permet le pliage 'à force' d'un double pli dans l'autre ou sur l'autre. Ils sont composés de tronçons déformables (10) de section croissante et de directions symétriques de part et d'autre de leur axe de pliage (11) lui-même déformable. Leurs bases (9, 14, 15, 16) comportent des reliefs autobloquants (23, 24) et/ou des onglets (25). L'invention concerne les fabricants d'emballages ou de contenants en matière plastique ou déformable, quels qu'en soient la famille, le contenu, liquide, visqueux, poudreux, pâteux ou autre, le système de fermeture ou le type, bouteilles, bidons, canettes, flacons, barils, pots, boîtes, tubes ou autres.
