Abstract

The tyre is formed by a rubber structure with harmonic steel wire frame, which do not allow lateral deformation, forcing the tyre to get flabby on the vertical standing in case of puncture. Furthermore the above mentioned structure is divided into separate inner tubes, connected by 'non-return' air in-flowing valves, which limit tyre puncture only to small sectors and maintain lift avoiding explosion. The inside structure, supporting statically the tyre, let it keep shape rigidity, which allows to work at lower air pressures with bigger sections, so recovering partially tyre cushion function. This system gives to the tyre an optimum rigidity level, in non-lowered tyres and with traditional rims too.

Description

DESCRIPTION
TYRE WITH BEARING INSIDE STRUCTURE AND DIFFERENTIATED
INNER TUBES
TECNICAL FIELD
This invention concerns a particular tyre with bearing inside structure, which guarantee high safety either in case of damage or in particular vehicle driving conditions, where this type of tyre is set. Tyres set on normal series vehicles and on competition cars should guarantee total exploitment "of adhesion to the ground, high dimensional stability and rigidity, low temperature of exercise and possibility of using very soft mix; Furthermore they should not get flabby juite soon in case of puncture, explode in case of particular stress and, for what concerns lowered tyres, damage the rim when the casing hits certain obstacles or runs into holes.
BACKGROUND ART
Conventional tyres and radial tyres, made by using constructive systems as known up till now, suffer the same technical troubles : conventional tyres do not guarantee total exploitment of adhesion to the ground, dimensional stability and high rigidity; therefore they do not allow lower temperature of exercise, more safety and possibility of using very soft mix; radial tyres do not allow giving the same structural lift to the casing, that instead it is possible to have with this invention. Furthermore, while conventional tyres explode in case of puncture, the so-called "tubeless", radial too, get flabby quite soon in case of puncture, explode in case of particular stress and, for what concerns lowered tyres, damage the rim when the casing hits certain obstacles or runs into holes.
DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION
This invention solves the above mentioned troubles by putting a bearing structure inside the tubeless tyre in order to make it stiffer, to decrease its deformation while running (particularly; in case of curve, speed-up, breaking) , to prevent sudden drawback in case of explosion or puncture. If feasible the abovementioned inside bearing structure can be set also in conventional tyres and radial tyres (provided that tubeless tyre) .
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS The invention will be now explained referring to the enclosed drawing (1/2 e 2/2), which shows examples of execution of the "tyre with bearing inside structure and differentiated inner tubes" . Fig. 1 shows this type of tyre with the structure in evidence, 1, section plane. Fig. 2 shows the inside structure in detail, reinforced by steel (or other equivalent material) support, 2, which works on traction contrasting deformation. This parallel or radial structure is set in rubber plies which, besides giving structural bearing to the tyres by working on compression, devide it into sectors, 3. Figs. 3 and 4 show that these plies can be communicating through holes, 4, or can be separate by radial plies, 5. In the first case, Fig. 3, detail 4, the sectors guarantee to the tyre a static lift limited to the structure; in the second case, Fig. 4, detail 5, radial plies are under pression by the air going through the distribution channel, Fig. 4, detail 6, so that in case of puncture the drawback involves only the perforated inner tube. Valves and non-return devices prevent air from flowing out, 7. The tyre will have the necessary lift assured by bearing devices and by the air kept inside the different separate inner tubes . This lift guarantee to the tyre with inside structure shape elasticity and consequent cushion. Therefore this invention can have features better than "lowered attitude" tyres and the traditional dimensions can be again feasible, considering the relation diameter-rim-tyre, avoiding damages to the rim caused by obstacles, holes, etc.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION A particular constructive process is not needed to carry out this invention in comparison to the traditional tyres making system.
The central part, which has a support function and it is divided into separate inner tubes, is extruded, molded and then assembled to the tyre.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
This invention could be used by tyres production industries, particularly by companies which make tyres for industrial vehicles, for heavy vehicles (shovels, excavators , crane trucks , etc . ) ; for heavy transport vehicles (vans, trucks, tank trucks, truck mixer, etc.); for normal vehicles, particularly those with high speed performaneces, which this tyre guarantees safety tυ .
