Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Nachweis von Tumorzellen in einer Körperprobe, umfassend die folgenden Verfahrensschritte: (a) Entnahme und Aufbereitung einer Körperprobe; (b) Isolierung von mRNA aus der Körperprobe von (a); (c) Übersetzung der mRNA von (b) in cDNA; (d) Amplifikation der cDNA von (c) durch eine PCR-Reaktion mit für PreproGRP cDNA spezifischen Primern, und; (e) Nachweis der amplifizierten cDNA von (d).
