Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'énergie électrique et de vapeur consistant en un reformage à la vapeur d'une charge d'hydrocarbure et permettant d'obtenir une réduction des émissions de CO2, dans lequel le mélange de gaz de la réaction de reformage (50) est traité dans une conversion CO (16, 20) et le gaz obtenu est traité dans une unité d'absorption/séparation de CO2 afin d'obtenir une séparation (30) en un courant de CO2 (32) concentré et un courant de gaz comprenant de l'hydrogène (33), dont une partie est brûlée avec l'air se trouvant dans la turbine (44) de production d'énergie, et la partie restante est recyclée afin d'être utilisée comme combustible, les gaz d'échappement de la turbine étant recyclés pour brûler au moins une partie de ces gaz d'échappement.
