Abstract

Cette invention concerne des dispositifs permettant de séparer des milieux fluides à composants multiples et, plus précisément, des dispositifs permettant de nettoyer des gaz et d'en éliminer les particules solides telles que le sable, la poussière, les cendres, etc. Cette invention permet d'accroître l'efficacité du nettoyage et fait appel à un séparateur inertiel de milieux fluides à composants multiples. Ce séparateur comprend un corps cylindrique ainsi qu'une série d'anneaux qui sont disposés dans le corps, qui sont séparés par les uns des autres par une certaine distance et dont le diamètre interne diminue progressivement dans le sens de l'écoulement du milieu fluide. Chaque anneau possède une surface interne conique (10), une surface arrière d'extrémité (11) ainsi qu'une surface d'extrémité (12) assurant leur connexion. Le séparateur comprend également un conduit permettant d'évacuer le milieu hors du corps depuis l'anneau le plus petit. Le rayon au niveau de l'intersection de la surface torique de chaque anneau et du plan traversant l'axe de cet anneau varie de 0,02 à 0,15 (d0-d1) où d0 représente le diamètre interne de l'anneau en question tandis que d1 représente le diamètre interne de l'anneau suivant.
