Description
これらの目的は、独立請求項に記載された本発明の特徴によって達成される。従属請求項は、本発明の好ましい、および/または、特に有利な実施態様の概略を述べている。
したがって、フィンの高さは、濾過カートリッジを横断する空気流量の関数として、固体微粒子の収集を最適化するように寸法決めされ得る。
この手段は、空気が濾過膜を横断する前に、空気の経路および速度を最適化することを可能にし、それによって、濾過が施されるべき空気から粗い固体部分を分離することを促進する。
有利には、前記筒状体が、前記濾過膜内の環境を外部環境から隔てるように、前記濾過膜の前記開放端に固定される少なくとも1つの環状当接部を備える。
この手段は、粗い固体微粒子を効率よく遠心分離すること、および、濾過膜を経由して効率よく濾過することを保証する、空気用の強制通路を設けることを可能にする。
この手段は、筒状体のフィンからの遠心作用に起因して、筒状体の外側に、分離された固体微粒子を吐出することを可能にする。
濾過膜は、入口に連通する第1の容積と、出口に連通する第2の容積とにケーシングの内容積を分割する。
この場合、外側ケーシング10は、底部130(図1では右側)に、長手軸線Aに対して略平行な中心軸線を有するとともに、入口11を形成する管路131が設けられた略飲用グラス形状の第1の本体13を備えている。
さらに、外側ケーシング10は、同様に、底部140(図1では左側)に、長手軸線Aに対して略平行な中心軸線を有するとともに、出口12を形成する管路141が設けられた略飲用グラス形状の第2の本体14を備えている。
濾過カートリッジ2は、略円筒の複数の筒状体30をさらに備えている。
フィン32は、筒状体の内側径と貫通口21の直径との間の差に最大でも等しい高さ(その頂部から、筒状体30の内壁までの距離)を有している。
さらに、筒状体30には、螺旋のフィン32が設けられてもよい(例示された例は、図2において観察可能な、90°だけ互いに角度的に間隔を空けて配置された箇所から開始する4個のフィン32を有している)ことは、排除され得ない。
濾過カートリッジ2は、この例では5つの、筒状の複数の濾過膜40をさらに備えており、各々が、たとえば、遮蔽板を介して、または、濾過膜40を押圧することによる閉鎖端41と、貫通口21のうちの1つにおいて支持フランジ2に対向する反対側の開放端42とを有している。
実際には、各濾過膜40は、筒状体30内に完全に固定されることによって、フィン32は、濾過膜の外側側面に接触している。
ケーシング10の入口11から出口12に向かって流れる空気の全ては、各濾過膜40と各筒状体30との間に形成された隙間内に軸方向に入るように仕向けられ、そこでフィン31に起因して、ウィンドミル状の回転運動を与えられる。
さらに、全ての詳細は、他の技術的に等価な要素で置き換えることが可能である。
実際には、使用された材料に加え、揺れおよびそれに付随する寸法は、以下の特許請求の範囲の保護の範囲から逸脱することなく、必要性に応じて変更されてもよい。
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つの入口(11)および1つの出口(12)が設けられた外側ケーシング(10)と、
少なくとも1つの濾過膜(40)を備えるとともに、前記入口(11)から前記出口(12)に向かって流れる流体を濾過するように前記外側ケーシング(10)内に収容された濾過カートリッジ(2)と、を備え、
前記濾過カートリッジ(2)が、前記濾過膜(40)が少なくとも部分的に巻かれるように固定された少なくとも1つの筒状体(30)を備え、
該筒状体(30)が、該筒状体(30)の内壁から螺旋状に延びる少なくとも1つのフィン(32)と、その側壁に少なくとも1つの吐出間隙(34)と、を備えた濾過ユニット(1)。 - 前記フィン(32)が、前記筒状体(30)の内径と前記濾過膜(40)の外径との間の差に略等しい高さを有する請求項1に記載の濾過ユニット(1)。
- 前記フィン(32)が、前記筒状体(30)の長手軸線に沿って当該フィン(32)のピッチを変えて設けられている請求項1に記載の濾過ユニット(1)。
- 前記濾過膜(40)が、閉鎖端(41)および反対側の開放端(42)を有する請求項1に記載の濾過ユニット(1)。
- 前記筒状体(30)が、前記濾過膜(40)内の環境を外部環境から隔てるように、前記濾過膜(40)の前記開放端(42)に固定される少なくとも1つの環状当接部(310)を備えた請求項4に記載の濾過ユニット(1)。
- 前記環状当接部(310)が、前記筒状体(30)の端部(31)に設けられている請求項5に記載の濾過ユニット(1)。
- 前記筒状体(30)が同軸に取り付けられる少なくとも1つの貫通口(21)が設けられた支持要素(20)を備えた請求項1に記載の濾過ユニット(1)。
- 前記筒状体(30)が、前記支持要素(20)に一体的に固定される請求項7に記載の濾過ユニット(1)。
- 前記筒状体(30)が、結合手段によって、前記支持要素(20)に取り外し可能に取り付けられている請求項7に記載の濾過ユニット(1)。
- 複数の濾過膜と、複数の筒状体と、を備え、
前記濾過膜および前記筒状体のそれぞれが、前記支持要素に形成されたそれぞれの穴の位置において前記支持要素に取り付けられている請求項7に記載の濾過ユニット(1)。
