电脑软件程式如前所述

目前提供此服务有 VocalTec公司的网际电话服务;
电话到电话的互联网电话: 此技术为两地建立一网际电话伺服器, 通过互联网 连接, 使两地的电话用户打电话至伺服器作互联网通话。
目前互联网电话一般都是接一电话直线, 用户只能直接用此电话作互联网通话 之用。 但由于大部分用户都是安装交换机作电话通讯, 故很多用户不能用目前的交 换机作互联网通讯使用。
发明的公开
本发明的目的是针对上述问题, 提出一种互联网通讯转接器。 用户只要安装一 套该转接器, 就可以用现有的电话系统接上互联网作长途电话通话, 即用户可以在 任何地方、 用任何电话利用该转接器作互联网通话。
本发明包括电话线插头、 键盘输入、 RS232接口、 数字语音转换电路及程控电 话, 其还包括语音处理器、 语音放大电路、 存储单元、 电子开关、 调制解调器介面 及铃声感应器, 语音处理器将 "直线 1 "传来的双音频讯号控制调制解调器的 "直线 2 " , 再通过互联网络并通知对方相同的互联网通话转接器, 接上互联网, 双方即可 用不同系统的电话机在互联网上通话。

当用户用现有的电话系统接上互联网作通话时, 用户只要打电话到本转接器, 该转接器会经 RS232介面控制调制解调器的另一电话线 (即解调器接上的直线 2 ) 接 上互联网络; 同时, 对方同等的转接器也会以直线 2接上互联网, 用户即可方便地和 对方在互联网上通话。
本发明特点在于:

实现本发明的最佳方式

结合附图 1、 4所示, 当有铃声送至直线 1、 铃声感应器 11会送出讯号给语音处理 器 12, 当铃声响声后, 语音处理器 12控制电子开关 6将直线 1接线, 当直线接线后, 语音后理器 12会通过语音数码转换器 9、 放大器 8、 话音网络 7及电子开关 6送出语音 讯号至直线 1通知来电者输入密码及要转接的电话号码。 当来电者输入双音频的密码 及电 ¾号码后, 此双音频讯号会通过话音网络、 放大器 8及语音数码转换器 9送至语 音处理器, 语音处理器会检查密码是否正确及电话号码是否有对应的互联网地址, 如两者都存在, 处理器会经 RS232介面控制调制解调器 14以直线 2打出由直线 1输入的 电话号码, 当对方电话线 (即同等转接器接上的直线 2 ) 接通及响铃声后会将直线 2 自动断线。 此时, 对方相同的转接器在收到 3声后停止铃声讯号, 会控制调制解调器 经直线 2拨号至互线网络, 直至连上互联网络, 再等候呼唤。 与此同时, 这方转接器 也同样经直线 2接上互联网络, 并将内存对应的网址经互联呼唤对 βΐ, 当对方的转接 器收到呼唤后, 处理器 12会送出响铃至功放器 5在喇叭 4放出或控制拨号电路 10经直 线 1拨号于其它电话系统, 等候对方接听, 如此便完成一个互联网通话的连接。

当接通后, 来电者会送出双音频的密码及电话号码 (或语音) 至直线 L 当直线 1 ( J1 ) 收到双音频讯号后, 此讯号会经 T1耦合至放大器 U10A的第 3脚输入端, 经 U10A及 U10C放大后由 8脚输出再送至 U11的 16脚, U11将输入的音频讯号转为数码由 11 脚输出送至 U6的 19脚, U6将输入讯号分析及处理并转为一系列控制程序, 首先 U6透 过 DO至 D7数据汇流排及 PD0至 PD12等控制线控制 1315将并联数据 DO至 D7转为串联数据 经脚位 19输出, 而控制讯号经 23, 24脚位输出, 这些讯号再经 U13及 RS232接口送至 调制解调器。
而由调制解调器输出的讯号经 RS232接口及 U14送至 U15输入端 3, 17及 22脚, 其 中 3脚为串联数据, 17及 22脚为控制讯号, U15将 3脚的串联数据转为并联数据经 DO至 D7汇流排送至 U6, U6将接收的数据处理后转为输出的控制讯号或语音讯号。
当 U6接收的数据为响铃控制时, U6会于脚位 13输出数字讯号至 U11的 6脚, U11会 将输入的数码转为声频讯号在 3脚输出并送至 U9放大推动喇叭 LSI输出铃声。
当 U6接收的数据为拨号控制或语音时, U6会于脚位 31输出数字讯号至 U8的 6脚, U8会将输入的数码转为双音频或语音在 3脚输出并送至 U10D放大于 T1耦合至电话线。 工业应用性
