  • Atomisers of this kind are known from the European publication EP-A-525164. It turned out that the cleaning is not optimal and the production of noise is considerable. By having a separate cleaning system for the fluid nozzle and the gas nozzle it has been possible to reduce the noise and make the cleaning more effective. Therefore a movable needle is placed in the fluid supply tube and around the fluid supply tube a cleaning element that cleans the gas nozzle.

Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à un atomiseur pour fluides utilisant un gaz comprimé. Cette atomiseur comprend des systèmes de nettoyage servant à nettoyer la buse (13) de vaporisation du fluide ainsi que la buse (2) de projection du gaz. On démarre l'action de nettoyage en fermant l'arrivée de gaz et on la réalise au moyen de ressorts (6). Cet atomiseur est conçu pour que seul le fluide passe après l'ouverture de l'amenée de gaz. Cet atomiseur ne perd aucune goutte de fluide au début ou à la fin d'une période de vaporisation. Un plongeur actionné par un gaz comprimé place le tube de nettoyage (20) en position de travail à l'aide de barres de poussée (24), puis l'amenée de fluide est ouverte et l'ouverture triangulaire se retrouve en position ouverte. Cet atomiseur se caractérise en ce que la buse de vaporisation du fluide et la buse de projection du gaz sont toutes les deux fixées de façon rigide dans l'atomiseur et en ce que les éléments de nettoyage sont mobiles. Cet atomiseur se prête très bien pour humidifier l'air dans des locaux, pour vaporiser des suspensions telles que des désinfectants, et autres.
