Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gehäuse für einen Bremskraftverstärker, wobei insbesondere zwei Gehäuseteile (1,-) gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind und mindestens zwei pneumatische Kammern begrenzen. Es ist mindestens eine Anlagefläche (2) zur Befestigung eines Hauptbremszylinders (4) oder einer Karosseriewand an den Gehäuseteil (1) vorgesehen und die Anlagefläche (2) wird nach radial innen von einer Öffnung (5) begrenzt. Für eine dauerhafte gasdichte Befestigung des Hauptbremszylinders (4) oder der Karosseriewand ist vorgesehen, daß die Anlagefläche (2) vollständig oder mit wenigstens einem Abschnitt (10) den Hauptbremszylinder und/oder die Karosseriewand federnd beaufschlagt. Durch diese Maßnahme wird eine kostengünstige und jeder Betriebsbeanspruchung gewachsene Abdichtung des Bremskraftverstärkergehäuses gegenüber dem Umgebungsdruck (pu) erreicht.
