Abstract

Cette invention concerne un accouplement à griffes qui peut être utilisé dans des mécanismes servant à connecter des arbres (lors de la marche) dans un système cinématique où l'on empêche les glissements relatifs de se produire à des vitesses angulaires d'une grande diversité (jusqu'à 2000 t/min.). La figure 5 montre des paliers qui comportent des dispositifs de sécurité et qui s'étendent sur un plan. La figure 6 montre la même chose vue de haut, tandis que la figure 7 montre une tige poussée par un ressort qui entre en interaction avec un dispositif de sécurité sur la ligne délimitant le début du chanfreinage. Le dispositif de sécurité assure une certaine sélectivité lors du fonctionnement des éléments de fixation. Le poids de contact D entre le dispositif de sécurité et la tige poussée par ressort en mode statique, représente le point d'équilibre instable. Toutefois, étant donné que la force du ressort et que la force d'inertie agissent sur la tige, l'équilibre passe d'instable à stable. La tige poussée par le ressort peut en outre entrer en rotation et va ainsi commencer à rouler sur le dispositif de sécurité lorsqu'elle entre en contact avec ce dernier. Lorsque la pression sur le dispositif de sécurité est minimale, le point de contact se transforme en une ligne.
