Bei den bekannten Aufsätzen der genannten Gattung ist es nachteilig, daß das auf die G r i l lspieße aufgesteckte Grillgut ungleichmäßig gegrillt wird und teilweise verkohlt, da ein gleichmäßiges Drehen der Grillspieße von Hand nicht möglich ist. Für größere Teile, wie z. B. Hähnchen oder Haxen sind auch bereits Aufsätze bekannt, die einen motorischen Antrieb für einen einzigen großen Grillspieß aufweisen. Hier existieren im professionellen Bereich auch bereits Grillanlagen, in die eine Vielzahl von großen Fleischspießen eingehängt werden können. Dadurch, daß die Grillspieße mit je einem drehfest angeordneten Zahnrad versehen sind, daß im Aufsatz eine horizontal geführte, von einem Motor antreibbare Antriebskette angeordnet ist und daß die Aufnahmeöffnungen so angeordnet sind, daß die Zahnräder eingelegter G ri l l spieße von oben in die Antriebskette eingreifen, ist erreicht worden, daß die Grillspieße kontinuierlich motorisch angetrieben gedreht werden können. Die Folge ist, daß das Grillgut allseitig sehr gleichmäßig gegart wird, was z. B. insbesondere bei empfindlichen Gemüsen von sehr großem Vorteil ist. Das Grillgut weist keinerlei Verkohlungen auf und zeichnet sich durch einen hervorragenden Geschmack aus. Es ist lediglich die richtige Grillzeit zu überwachen, was leicht möglich ist, da ständig eine Beobachtung der gesamten Oberfläche des kontinuierlich gedrehten Grillgutes möglich ist. In dem Aufsatz 1 ist im Bereich 10 zwischen den Seitenteilen 2 und 4 eine Antriebskette 1 1 horizontal geführt angeordnet, auf die die Zahnräder 9 der Grillspieße 7 beim Einlegen in den Aufsatz 1 zur Auflage kommen. Die Zahnräder 9 der Grillspieße 7 greifen dann mit ihrer Verzahnung 12 in die Antriebskette 11 ein. Durch Einschalten des Antriebsmotors 1 6 , über dessen Zahnrad 15 die Antriebskette 11 antreibbar ist, können dann die aufgelegten Grillspieße 7 über ihre Zahnräder 9 in eine gleichförmige Rotationsbewegung versetzt werden. In der Regel wird jedoch der Antriebsmotor 16 während des Grillens ständig laufen. Es ist dann sichergestellt, daß jeder Grillspieß 7 nach dem Auflegen zwangsläufig sofort i n eine Rotationsbewegung versetzt wird. Aufgrund der Rotationsbewegung des auf den G ri l l spieß 11 aufgestreckten Grillgutes, setzt dann sofort ein allseitig sehr gleichmäßiger Grillvorgang ein. Der vorzugsweise vorgesehene kantige, quadratische Querschnitt der Grillspieße 11 sichert das Grillgut drehfest.
