Abstract

Cette invention concerne des dispositifs qui permettent de nettoyer les surfaces polluées d'étendues d'eau et d'en éliminer les liquides polluants et flottants. Cette invention concerne plus préciséement un dispositif de récupération de produits pétroliers qui comprend les éléments suivants: un corps qui est ouvert afin d'assurer l'admission et l'évacuation du liquide à traiter; un organe de travail qui est monté sur un châssis; une enceinte pour les produits pétroliers récupérés; un système permettant d'éliminer la pellicule de pétrole brut de la surface de l'organe de travail; un dispositif d'actionnement assurant la rotation de l'organe de travail; et enfin, un système de chauffage. La surface constitutive de l'organe de travail comprend un matériau sorbant, souple et de forme plane qui consiste en un sorbant plat, tandis que le corps se présente sous forme d'un flotteur à volume variable. L'organe de travail peut se présenter sous forme d'un tambour, d'une unité à disques plats comprenant deux transporteurs disposés l'un au-dessus de l'autre, ou d'un ensemble de disques et de roues-étoiles ou de vis sans fin qui sont montés sur un seul axe et sont disposés au dessus du transporteur.
