Abstract
Cette invention se rapporte au domaine de la métallurgie et de la production de matériaux, et peut être utilisée dans des techniques de laminage en feuilles. Cette invention concerne un procédé qui permet de déterminer la régularité de la surface d'une bande de matériau en mouvement. Ce procédé consiste à mesurer l'angle qui est défini, d'une part, par des lignes de croisement entre le plan qui est tangent à la surface de la bande au point de mesure et le plan qui est tangent aux éléments de support le long desquels se déplace ladite bande et, d'autre part, par rapport à un plan. Ce dernier plan passe par le point de mesure et se situe le long du sens de déplacement de la bande tout en étant perpendiculaire au plan qui est tangent aux éléments de support le long desquels se déplace ladite bande. Les allongement relatifs βm des sections longitudinales et de type ruban de la bande sont calculés d'après la formule (I) où (a) représente l'allongement de la section de type ruban m de la bande par rapport à sa projection sur plan qui est tangent aux éléments de support, étant entendu que m = 1, 2, 3 ...; N représente le nombre de mesures effectuées et permettant d'établir une moyenne, tandis que (b) et (c) représentent les angles variables (en radians) pour la section longitudinale et de type ruban m de la bande lors des mesures i et i+1, respectivement; (d) représente enfin l'allongement de la plus courte section longitudinale et de type ruban de la bande par rapport à la projection de ladite section sur le plan qui est tangent aux éléments de support le long desquels se déplace la bande.
