Abstract

Cette invention concerne la production de préparations antiparasites à base d'avermectines, ainsi qu'une nouvelle souche Streptomyces avermitilis 003FBM produite dans une concentration allant de 2000 à 3000 νg/ml. Cette invention concerne également un procédé permettant de séparer un complexe d'avermectines à partir de la biomasse d'une souche. Ce procédé consiste à effectuer une extraction de cette biomasse à l'aide d'un mélange qui comprend des solvants organiques ayant des températures d'ébullition élevées et basses, et auquel on a ajouté de l'eau. L'extrait est ensuite purifié dans des résines à échange ionique avant d'éliminer la fraction lipide, le produit final étant séparé par cristallisation et/ou précipitation. On utilise du méthanol, de l'éthanol, de l'isopropanol, de l'acétone ou de l'acétonitrile en qualité de solvants ayant une température d'ébullition basse, tandis que l'on utilise du polyéthylèneglycol, du diméthylsulfoxyde ou du polypropylèneglycol en qualité de solvants ayant une température d'ébullition élevée. Ce procédé permet d'obtenir divers complexes tels que de l'aversectine C, de l'aversectine B ou de l'aversectine AB. Ces complexes permettent d'obtenir des préparations vétérinaires antiparasites qui sont administrées par injection ou par voie perorale, et qui assurent également la protection des végétaux contre les nématodes gallicoles.
