Rollers 33 and 35 and a second pair of rollers (not shown) underneath rollers 33 and 35 engage the lamps to separate the lamps as the column passes between the rollers. The spacing of these rollers is also adjustable. Roller 35, and the roller underneath, are movable relative to roller 33 to accommodate lamps of different sizes.
  • Roller 35 is larger in diameter than roller 33 and rotates at the same number of revolutions per minute as roller 33, giving roller 35 a greater surface speed than roller 33 and providing a gentle tug on the lamps to separate the lamps along the perforations between the lamps .

Abstract

On découpe des lampes en perforant un panneau électroluminescent (10) le long des contours des lampes, en passant le panneau entre un premier ensemble de rouleaux (24) fonctionnant à une première vitesse et en passant ensuite le panneau entre un second ensemble de rouleaux (23) fonctionnant à une seconde vitesse, tandis qu'une partie du panneau reste bloquée entre le premier ensemble de rouleaux. La seconde vitesse est plus importante que la première et le second ensemble de rouleaux tire doucement les lampes hors du panneau. L'invention a également pour objet, au cas où le panneau serait découpé en rangées et en colonnes de lampes, un second séparateur (33, 35), orthogonal au premier.
