Abstract

The present invention relates to radioelectronic communication systems involving a radio-frequency radiation when a re-transmitting station is moving on board of a flying device above the area to be served in the airspace above the surface of the Earth. The system for regional communication via a facility located on board of said flying device permits a telecommunication link to be established between various subscribers and/or susbscriber systems of the area to be served. The technical advantage of the regional communication system is a high transmission capacity and a highly reliable communication quality owing to the fact that the communication cannot be affected by climatic conditions, high buildings nor the local landform. In order to enjoy that technical advantage, land-based stations designed as multichannel mobile stations connected to the subscriber terminals are integrated into the regional communication system, and the flying device is equipped with a multichannel receiver having a reception aerial and with a multichannel transmitter having a transmission aerial, while the flying device can be steered in the airspace above the surface of the Earth by means of a position control, a take-off control, a landing control and an anticollision device. Land-based stations in the form of mobile subscriber stations are incorporated into the inventive system. The multichannel mobile station is capable of connecting subscribers belonging to different telecommunication networks with no access to the open air such as ATC, protective networks and/or computer networks and/or local networks. A multichannel mobile station, which has the highest call priority, operates such functional controls as the take-off and landing controls and the position control of the flying device.
